Refund & Return Policy

At Favor’d XOXO, every order is customized and/or made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom or personalized items. Once an order has been placed and payment has been submitted, the order cannot be refunded due to a change of mind, event cancellation, incorrect quantities ordered, or other circumstances outside of Favor’d XOXO’s control.

Please Review Your Order Carefully

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with their order, including:

  • Names, dates, ages, wording, and spelling

  • Colors, themes, and design requests

  • Product selections and quantities

  • Shipping, delivery, and pickup information

Favor’d XOXO is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Although we do not offer general returns or refunds, if your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that is incorrect due to an error made by Favor’d XOXO, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Clear photos and/or videos of the item and packaging will be required. After reviewing the issue, Favor’d XOXO may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Damage caused after delivery, pickup, or customer handling is not eligible for replacement.

Event Cancellations & Changes

Favor’d XOXO is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, venue changes, or other changes to your event after your order has been placed. Because production materials, design work, and customization may begin shortly after payment, these circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

Order Acceptance

By placing an order with Favor’d XOXO, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final and non-refundable and that you have reviewed your order details before submitting payment.
